Let's start with Life these days!
These past 5 months have taught me so much about myself, and my boy. I didn't realize how big a transition from 1 to 2 really is. I hate having to make my boy wait while I am paying attention to his sister. Kenny had a few early moments of jealousy (see the fading scratch marks on her beautiful cheek) but he has turned into the most loving and proud big brother. He always wants to hold, hug, and kiss her.
It has been harder than I though, transitioning to a stay at home mom. I miss adult interactions. I miss having that paycheck. I miss my kiddos at work.
I LOVE spending all this time with my kids. It has been such a blessing. Are we financially well off, NO. This was the decision that made the most sense, though. It is incredibly stressful but we are making everything work.
