Here is a quick and easy take on Cottage Pie (Shepard's pie is made with lamb, Cottage pie is beef)
Ingredients:
1/2 bag frozen tater tots
1/2 bag of frozen corn
1/2 bag of frozen green beans * use whatever frozen veggies you want*
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- brown beef and drain. I seasoned with minced garlic and onion powder
- Pour beef into 8x8 pan
- Mix can of soup and milk in bowl and pour over beef
- Top beef mixture with frozen veggies
- top veggies with a layer of cheddar cheese
- top with tater tot
- sprinkle a bit more cheese over the top
- bake in oven for 45 minutes
